Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement

These terms govern access to LeadingEasy for organisations, including the staff app, the learner experience, and related help and marketing sites.

By creating an account, signing in, or using LeadingEasy on behalf of an organisation, you agree to these terms. If you use LeadingEasy for an institution or company, you confirm you are allowed to accept them for that organisation.

2. Accounts and eligibility

Staff and admin accounts are for adults acting for an organisation.

Learner accounts are created through an organisation, an invitation, or a join code. Learners use LeadingEasy under the authority of their organisation.

Keep login codes and magic links private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. What LeadingEasy provides

LeadingEasy helps organisations turn their materials into practice: info pages, quizzes, guided practice, AI dialogue, tutoring, and compliance analytics.

AI features draft questions, replies, and feedback from the materials you provide. They do not replace trainers or compliance owners, do not give professional advice, and can be wrong. Your organisation remains responsible for what is published to learners.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use LeadingEasy to:

• Upload content you do not have the right to use for training.
• Attempt to access another person’s account, course, or analytics.
• Interfere with the service, scrape it at scale, or reverse-engineer models.
• Submit unlawful, harassing, or harmful content.

5. Your content

You keep the rights to training materials, names, and other content you upload.

You grant LeadingEasy a licence to host, process, and display that content so the product can run — including generating practice, citations, and analytics for your programmes.

When your organisation is the data controller, its agreement with LeadingEasy also applies. See the privacy policy for how personal data is processed.

6. Trials, plans, and availability

Trials and organisation licences are described at sign-up or in your contract. A trial can be cancelled at any time before it converts.

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change features with notice when the change is material to organisations.

7. Liability

LeadingEasy is provided as a training and compliance tool. To the extent permitted by Swiss and applicable EU law, we are not liable for training outcomes, compliance decisions, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence.
